This project is for the CPPIB’s pride event named “Come Out,” which was hosted by their Human Resources to support and educate company employees. CPPIB has 9 offices internationally and the banner lists events related to LGBTQ+ rights in the countries where their branches are located. Colours are applied to identify the locations of the events. As for the poster, the tone of voice is playful, energetic and lively. The title plays with words that ask people to come out to join the party, and also subtly encourage LGBTQ+ staff to feel safe about being out in their workplace.
